I got this item so I can cook mushrooms and onions and stuff in the Barbeque, it is ideal as you can take the handle off, pop it in the barbeque then take it out with the handle and place on the wooden stand on the table. Super

Very sturdy would have liked some instructions though
and I wish they had been bigger great for a chop steak or fish but stiil not sure how to serve with side dish etc and does one cook in it or just seve hot from the oven? Geoff Buckley
