Got this keyboard for my Daughter this Christmas, I was looking for something to bridge the gap between a toy and a more professional instrument, the price was also a consideration.
The keyboard has a good solid feel to it, could probably survive being dropped a few times. buttons are rubber, and keys feel as they should. it goes quite loud too without distorting, headphone socket at the back when you want the little ones to practice quietly.
It has 100 different tones but they are only really different versions of the 10 instrument sounds, things like guitar, piano, organ, bass, strings etc. 50 different drum patterns and 10 built in songs like Jingle Bells which you can turn the melody off of to play along yourself, also has a small 5 pad drum kit.
All in all a nice little keyboard, good for a first step towards something more professional. I asked my Daughter to rate it and she gives it 5stars, I'll give it four though because of the similar sounding tones.

After reading a review where someone else used this keyboard to help them create melodies for their fiddle, I brought it to help me with my harmonica. For this purpose it has been great. You might want to think a bit carefully about whether it does actually have enough keys on it, but for the price I found it good.

Bought this for my grandson's birthday - age 6. He and his brother (age 5) were soon fighting over who could play it. Seems to have gone down very well.
It is well made and the multiple tones, rythmns and built-in tunes are good. the keys are smaller than standard piano size - so great for children. Price is excellent, so very good value for money.
I had initial bought a keyboard from ELC but it didn't work properly and was gimmicky. This is much better and cheaper!
