Casio Edifice EF-527L-1AVEF Men's Analog Quartz Watch with Chronograph, Black Leather Strap and Date Indicator

I got this watch recently.I wanted a quartz watch (because I like precision) but also to have a chronograph and a slide ruler. I like the Breitling Navitimer design very much and somehow this watch resemble a Navitimer.The watch comes in two versions.This one and another one with no golden marks, but silver and a stainless steel bracelet.I don't do water sports,so I went for this version because the combination of golden marks with black looks awsome in my opinion. The build quality is good.I've seen better,but in this price range is no reason to complain.I tested the watch and is loosing 12sec/month and I think is not bad since Casio give to this watch an official precision of +/-20sec/month.The marks as I said are golden and very shiny,the watch looks glamorous and the readings are very precise and clear.Even the slide rule has very fine and precise notations,and is easy to use.You can read the time by 2-3 meters (depending of your sight). The chronograph is 1/20s precise so is enough for everyday use.The leather strap has a nice clip mechanism but is not in such great quality.I plan to buy also a 22mm bracelet to replace the leather one when I go to swim.I never tested the watch in water before but I'm confident I will not have any sealing problems.Casio makes very good watches,some of them are good looking and a great value for money.The size and the weight is perfect.Is not a heavy watch (I hate heavy watches) but also is not a toy either and you can feel it on your wrist.The bezel size is optimal.I don't have a big wrist but I think will fit everybody's hand,is just big enough to consider it BIG and small enough to fit perfectly. I love this watch and still now I have no reliability problems.

This product is ok for the money.
It's quite a good size and sturdy.
It has a rotating inner bezel for calculations. When the winder on the outside is turned you can see the bezel move up and down slightly before it turns where the clearances are a bit too big. The strap is very thin and will probably wear quite quickly. Also the detailing on the hands etc is gold and not orange as it appears in the picture
Overall quite a good watch but probably better ones out there for similar money depending on what you're looking for.

I was looking for a leather strap, big dial watch and had been checking out this and other watched for a while and could not make up my mind. I am very happy I choose this one - strong, distinctive character, high quality feel, easily adjustable strap, and just really beautiful. I can highly recommend this watch.
