can't be beaten on size, and definately attracts a lot of attention off friends and family because of its looks.
the battery life is phenominal, as is the case with all casios. i took my camera to NY for 4 days and didn't need to recharge the battery once despite all the expected use whilst sight-seeing.
very easy to use point and shoot camera.
the best-shot function has every possible lighting and activity situation covered, which is fortunate because accessing the camera settings menu and trawling through the different screens to manually setup the shot is not an easy or quick task.
time between shots is very quick and the fast shutter speed and anti shake function does seem to work.
when the past movie function is turned on, the camera constantly records meaning that when you press record, the 5 seconds before you press the button are saved too. this function is great if you're waiting for something to happen, because you can press "record" when it does and know that you've captured it all.
photo quality is this cameras only let down, it isnt poor but it does get more blurred towards the edge of the photos.
i believe however that it still outperforms other cameras in its price range that arn't half as slim.
make sure you knock off the function that allows the camera to be turned on by pressing the two small buttons on the back. these are too easily knocked and because the lens telescopes out of the camera it could really damage the mechanism.
i love this camera, but when i lent it to my dad, he did find the camera very small and the buttons a bit too fiddly.
i've just bought him the casio z60 which has almost all of the same funtions and spec but a bigger screen and slighty wider spaced buttons because of its marginly thicker proportions.
