Having Received the watch with the usual promptness expected and enjoyed from Amazon it worked well, and my wife loved it, for a month. It started losing time and seemingly rebooting itself. The watch was duly returned to Casio UK with Guarantee, where it stayed for some time. It's return was much anticipated, and when it did come home we were disappointed to find the same fault, no repair report on what had gone wrong, and a missing guarantee and original paperwork. I have owned Casio watches since I could walk, and have never until now had cause to return a watch for repair which is a testament to their build quality, sadly I am unable to say the same for the repair service. That being said I will probably take my chances and replace it new rather than suffer the frustration of returning it again.
