Product Description
This Casio Collection watch has a multitude of features all accessible through the digital display whilst the analogue hands clearly display the time. The watch has a light-emitting diode (LED) is used to illuminate the watch face along with a luminous coating to provide long-term illumination in the dark after only a short exposure to light. The Telememo feature provides storage for names and telephone numbers. With the World Time display you can know the current time in major cities and specific areas around the world making it ideal for travellers. The watch also has a Long Battery Life that lasts for at least three years and a Full Auto Calendar which automatically updates for months of different lengths and corrections for leap years as required.

I have been very well pleased with all my Casio watches over the last 20 years but the illumination with the AW-80-7AVEF makes it difficult to read at night. It seems to suffer with reflection from the silvered face and hence it is not as clear as previous models have been.

I've had the watch for a few months. It has been perfectly reliable, and I'm sure it will continue to be, but there are some annoyances.
1. You cannot adjust the analogue display mechanically, and the powered adjustment is slow and complicated to use. An added irritation is that the adjustment only goes forwards, so you have to run forward 11 hours (hammering the battery) when the clocks go back in the autumn.
2. The 'glass' is plastic and very prone to scratching.
3. This watch is chunky. I have a few shirts with quite tight cuffs, and the Casio just doesn't fit.

Really nice looking watch and very comfortable to wear. Lots of cool features like snooze alarm, world time, stop watch, telememo feature to store contact numbers, countdown timer, back light and illuminous hour and minute hands so you can clearly see the time even at night.
Cheap enough to wear for knocking around in but smart enough to keep for best.
I'm delighted with mine.

I love it.

Not Happy With It
Over complicated, digital set up only (no winder) so virtually impossible to set bang on. Set up hands and overshoot it wont go back so slowly wind through 12 hours. Read more
