I genuinely liked this backpack. However, it did not hold up for very long.
Unlike many other laptop backpacks (such as those by Targus and Wenger), this backpack does not have an excessive number of pockets or any unnecessary eyelets or straps. Instead, it has a padded pocket for a laptop; a second pocket for papers and books; a third pocket for cords and peripherals; and a fourth small pocket on the front for small items. The pocket for the peripherals contains several pouches that I actually found useful for sorting my stuff (such as an cables, mice, and pens).
The bag feels lightweight, which is also very comfortable. It does not have the excessive padding found on the backs of Targus backpacks, which often seems to add to the weight without improving the comfort.
Unfortunately, the bag was not very durable, probably as a consequence of its light construction. After a few months, the stitching in one of the straps is tearing along the full length of the strap. Hence, I cannot really recommend this backpack despite all of its other nice characteristics.
