Orderd these cartridges for my printer, they arrived quickly and so far have worked very well and I am highly satisfied
I've been using First Call Inks for a couple of years now having decided that two full sets of Canon compatible cartridges (5 per set) for the price of one single branded large black cartridge was at least worth exploring - paticularly given the very good reviews they attracted. The print quality appears excellent for my purposes - mainly text with occasional photo printing (I don't do a lot of high quality photo printing). But, equally important, First Call inks customer service is also excellent. Very prompt delivery and an excellent response if a problem does occur. I have twice had problems with a cartridge and on both occasions a replacement has arrived within 24 hours of emailing them about the issue. (To put 'two problem cartridges' into context, I also order First Print ink for my son's printer and my daughter's, both Canon printers using the identical cartridges to mine - so this has been two out of a lot of cartridges)! No company can guarantee their products will never go wrong, it's their response when a problem does arise that marks out their quality - and First Call Inks response on both occasions was exemplary. I am a VERY satisfied customer and would thoroughly recommend them.
