I saw this film many years ago, and saw parts of it again a few months ago. It's incredibly dated, and I found it almost embarrassing to watch in many places (Rosalind Knight's Miss Wheeler is... a very strange creature altogether), but the film is worth watching for one scene (of genius, in my opinion!) towards the end, if nothing else. I couldn't stop laughing as I watched it, and remembered that the same scene had had exactly the same effect when I'd seen the film the first time. In fact, whenever I think of it, I start to laugh.
I bought the film as a present for someone else, and will have to make a point of watching the whole thing properly again sometime soon, to see if there's anything else in it as funny as the scene I've referred to. (I won't say which scene it is, as I wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone else.)
