The pads seems to work fairly well for me. Could do with a slightly bigger suface area. It's absorbent for a well established, normal milk flow. Only times I have problems is when I miss a feed and milk supply too full but other wise it does the job and you feel a bit better for being green. I just either hand wash them or stick them in a laundry bag and put it into the machine.

I've got 4 packs of these.. I find the absorbency much better than disposables, the only problem is they will eventually leak onto your bra as there's just another layer of cotton at the back. It wouldn't hurt if they were backed with a waterproof layer tho I suppose that would make them less breathable. On the plus side they feel very soft against the skin, are very comfortable and slim (approx. 3mm thick). I have a very fast let-down and end up soaking in milk whatever I do, but changing them after every feed keeps me more or less dry and they do well between the feeds. That much milk is the reason why I need so many of them but I was getting through as many, if not more, disposables. Would recommend.

I previoulsy wrote a review about the seller's professionalism and gave it a 4 star. Now that I've used the product I have to say I'm greatly dissapointed by its poor quality. The pads are round but have no contour which makes it quite bulky and noticeable. I've used it 3 times now and each time I've found myself with serious leaks issues, quite embarrasing. I would simply continue with disposable ones, I've had issues there too sometimes but never that bad.

Breast Pads
Quite soft and comfortable. Had to let nipple dry before covering as sticks to pad. Quite thick and outline can be seen when worn with a close fitting top.

Soggy but comfy
I was disappointed with this product. The pads did not last long until they were very wet and making my clothes damp. On the plus side they are soft and small.
