This book is amazing. Covers all the major areas relating to the carriage of goods by sea by using a very clear writing style. The book does not stay exclusively under English Law, but also covers the international treaties that regulate the subject matter. It also includes a series of useful appendixes. It is also important to mention that this book is very up to date and includes a chapter on the Rotterdam Rules. I highly recommend this book to everyone involved in the Maritime Industry.

A very good and comprehensive book for shipping law. A must to buy for shipping law reference. However, there could be more point form or a chapter summary for students studying shipping law. Generally speaking, this is an excellent book.
