This has become one of my favourite cookbooks. Interesting and simple recipes that always come out well and you'll want to make them even if you're not on a diet.

This is the first book I got that was written by Carol Vorderman. It is absolutely amazing! The recipes are very easy to cook, the ingredients are very easy to find, and most of all the cooked results are totally delicious! It is hard to believe that this yummy food is so good for you too! My husband, also adores the recipes and their results, despite the fact that he doesn't have cellulite!
