I've been trying to get a copy of this for some time and was pleased to find it available on Amazon at a sensible price. It's probably aimed at the primary school/sunday school market, but don't be put off by the cover illustration. It's a good and varied selection of Christmas songs with items suitable for all ages. Clear score, with guitar chords, and an accompanying CD make this a useful addition to anyone's collection of seasonal music. Extra points because it is spiral bound, so will lie flat on a music stand. And it's printed on good quality paper so won't rip at the first page turn.
I remember this carol book from when I was a child and now I have children of my own I wanted to get it so we could have sing-a-longs at Christmas. All the family enjoyed this - there's something for everyone with catchy tunes and easy to follow words but not childish. I enjoy playing and singing these carols even when there are no children around too!
I bought this music book to get some ideas for our nursery nativity. It has been a great resource and has provided us with inspiration for songs to support the nativity story. Some lovely songs which the children could relate to and our nativity was a huge success !!!
