Wow is all I can say. Well worth the investment. I've had absolutely no experience or tutoring in cake decorating and it made the whole process so easy. I've since invested in a few more of Carols books but I really liked this one. It step by step pictures and diagrams made it really easy to produce some really different and alternatively decorated Christmas cakes. I cant recommend it enough.

This is a great little book, well illustrated, good for beginners to sugarcraft as instructions are step by step and easy to understand. The photos show a lot of detail which is helpful when you want to get your model just right. If you buy one Christmas character cake books this year you really should try this one.
