Excessive use of the plantar fascia, a tough band of tissue the supports the arch stretching like a bow string from the heel to the ball of the foot, causes it to become inflamed and very painful. Carnation Footcare PediRoller can be easily used by following the information leaflet enclosed to help stretch the plantar fascia, increase flexibility and reduce pain. It can be used as a cold therapy by chilling or freezing before use which will help reduce inflammation and comfort pain. There are a 3 factors that make this a poorly designed item:
1/. It is too small, so your foot ends up contacting the floor a lot.
2/. It is too flexible - you don't get the benefit that you would with a wooden roller.
3/. There are no rubber rings on the ends to contact the floor, so it slips.
A wooden roller does a much better job.
Although you can put the pediroller in the freezer, freezing a water bottle then rolling your foot over it is more effective than using this product.

I bought this because I sit at a computer all day and wanted to make sure I kept my circulation running properly, especially as I get swollen ankles. It's quite a useful tool, and the pack comes with a foot soak tablet and a set of exercises.

reivew of pediroller from polo of Hampshire
Helpful in releasing pressure on the plantar and metartasal, although pediroller does roll a little on the carpet. Focus on the exercise rather than the television.
