This is a brilliant workout for those days when you feel a little tired, yet don't want to fall off the wagon.
Carmen is gorgeous, with a body that definately keeps you motivated. Furthermore, it is nice that she isn't perfect at the exercises, so you feel like you are puffing and panting with her. The instructor is very much in charge here, which made me feel like I was in safe hands. Also, he is not one of those bullying, or over-energetic, in your face types who make you want to give up purely because you can't bear seeing them anymore. He is very likeable and motivational.
The content itself comprises of a half-hour workout, with three later sections that focus on specific areas of the body, e.g., abs, butt. These three 10 minuite bursts comprised the half-hour workout at the begining.
All in all, rather than feeling exhausted post workout, i felt as though i had been exerted, yet also had a sense of bliss
