The Carmen Beauty Facial Sauna’s face mask offers even greater comfort for the user and cleanses all types of skin with maximum efficiency by extracting impurities, to leave a fresh glowing complexion.
The face mask has a smoothly rounded rim for extra comfort and has been designed to enable the steam to thoroughly cleanse the T-Zone, the central panel from the forehead to the chin and the oiliest section of the face, where the sebaceous glands are concentrated and require special attention. The silver base inludes a digital 60 minute timer, water tray and a two-position switch to control the settings: "low" provides mist for cleansing sensitive skins and is ideal for nasal inhalation treatments. "High" provides steam to open up the pores and release grime and make-up without drying out the cheeks--particularly suitable for normal and combination skin.
A special measuring beaker shows two levels of water fill and a comprehensive instruction booklet gives helpful advice on timings for the different settings to ensure maximum benefit.

It came on time. I use it as a facial sauna and sometimes my husband uses it to clear blocked nasal passages. As for my experience, its works as it says. I just use the first setting as it gets really hot on the second one. After 6 mins your face will be glistening with sweat and it does feel soft and smooth after washing it.

I would never have thought about buying one of these but a friend had one and said how good they are, so i tried hers out which was a "SilverCrest" from Lidl. (all SiverCrest products from Lidl are well made and work well) . I went to buy one but they sold out and stock of these electronic items in store come and go...
So instead i bought this Carmen sauna. It's well made does exactly the same as the SilverCrest one. My reason for buying was that i suffer from blocked pours on the nose and no matter how much i wash or use special sprays or ointments to clean them out nothing really changes. The only thing that does clear blocked pours is the sun when i'm abroad for a few weeks. After using this sauna daily for 10-15minutes for around a week, all the pours on my face have opened, cleaned and closed up again all thanks to this sauna. The constant steam across your face which can get hot but not too hot (tip... don't keep your face stuck in the face rest all the time, take breaks ever 10 seconds!) does a good job at opening those clogged pours and refreshing your skin
Since using this product on a DAILY basis my face appears healthier and cleaner!
PROS: Does everything and more to clean your skin and unblock those pours, don't need much water, relaxing and refreshing
CONS: You can get VERY HOT bursts of steam all of a sudden and you have to quickly move back
VERDICT: very impressed with this, it does what it is suppose to and is well made, added to that it's very good value for the money. Having said all that i would recommend the SilverCrest one from Lidl over this one, simply because it was slightly cheaper, felt more substantial and produced more steam!
Even so i can FULLY RECOMMEND this product to you!!

This is a very good product and very useful to have at home.Carmen Beauty 15155 Facial Sauna
I tend to use it most when I have a cold and need to clear my head! It works a whole lot better than a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head! Caution! Do not let it run out of water as it will burn out and be useless!
