This books offers the reader an easy to read introduction to the needs of people who have a learning disability. I found it well presented, written in a language that aided my understanding. As a student nurse this also helped me on my practical placement working with people who have a learning disability.

The price was a little too high but overall I would recommend this book to any student undertaking a course of study to work with people who have a learning disability.
