I rarely write reviews, but it had to be done for this fantastic cookbook.
Without exception, this book contains every one of the dishes I have always wanted to make, but wasn't sure how - even prior to becoming a newbie vegan. Suited to anyone with a desire for really gorgeous, tasty vegan food - whether an experienced cook or a novice and alternatives are given to cater for differing tastes. I have put post it notes in so many pages, I have no idea when I will manage to cook everything.
I made my shopping list whilst going through the book, then went on line to order. Almost everything was easy to find in the supermarket, the other few items I found in my local health food shop.
The book is written in a lovely style, with everything explained very clearly and I love the fact that the recipes for seasonings are right at the beginning, so one can always be prepared.
Buy it! You will not be disappointed.
