please note that this book has been reprinted to be part of the Mexican , south American and Caribbean cook book . I already had that book and its a lot better value for money , so don't bother with this flimsy title , I sent mine back .

This EXCELLENT book is a reprint of "Taste of the Caribbean" which is stated in this edition. 22 Mar 2014
By Dave Scruples - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I checked out "Taste of the Caribbean" from library. Found many recipes that I love and miss from years around the Caribbean, and searched to buy a new or used copy, which I couldn't find. Amazon had "70 Caribbean Recipes" by same writer, which I ordered. I am very happy to find this is the same book with a new title. Every recipe and pictures are the same. Only difference is title, pictures on cover, and pages are not as glossy as older edition. However, this is not a problem, as this edition is more than satisfactory with me. If you like food from the islands, you will love this book.
