All Care Managers must achieved the NVQ care manager's award by 2005 as per the New Care Standards recently implemented by the government. Christina Toft will take you through a journey that clarifies the framework of the NVQ. It is extremely interesting and it has certainly helped me gaining the award.

This book will prove helpful to all those undertaking this award. It has been written in plain English and is very user friendly. I would suggest a must to anyone who is undertaking this award or for assessors and verifiers who are supporting candidates in this award.
