I bought this when I went travelling last year as it is recommended in certain countries and I found this contained all materials needed for a safe trip plus it has enough space left in there to put some more stuff in there such as first aid kit! Luckily I didn't have to use it but I felt better/safer for taking it with me.

Comes with a great little bag and all of the basic sterile items needed to travel into a third-world country or when off the beaten road. I added some other products from the drug store (ibuprofen, tweezers, diarrhea tablets, cortisol cream, Neosporin, basic bandages, rehydration powder, and gel-blister treatments) and made this into a high-end, compact medical travel kit on the cheap.
