I purchased this to work out to. Whilst the tempo is very good for excercising to, it wasn't immediately clear that this wasn't original artists sining, so I was a bit disappointed when I played it first time. But good up beat music to get working out to.

I copied this workout to my Ipod and use it to keep me motivated on the eliptical at the gym. While the selections aren't by the original artists, of course, the beat keeps you moving and your heart rate up. I liked that the music started with a 'warm-up', slightly less energetic beat, and then got faster.

The music is great, but I wish we could find out how many beats per minute are on each song before buying. Also whether or not the music is mixed continuously or each song is individual ( as in this case).

I like the songs on this cd and enjoy working out to them. The bpm seems just right and is also great for jogging, not too fast or too slow. It's a nice addition to my workout music.
