If like me you have had a mini trampoline gathering dust in your garage for years because you've never found anything more productive to do with it than a few random bounces .... this is the video for you!!! Ever since I bought it I have been using the trampoline almost daily (after giving it a good clean!). The video is divided into sections (which allows for quick water breaks!) it starts with a warm up, then a stretch, followed by 3 aerobic sections, then follows a cool down, finishing with a strength section (lots of ab work) a final stretch and mobilizer - all incorporate the trampoline. The routines are good and easy to learn. This video is a MUST - I cannot recommend it more highly and at the price its a steal!!! Finally if you've read that rebounding is great for getting rid of the dreaded cellulite (it strengthens connective tissue, i.e. tones and tightens!) ... it is! I can't think of a better way to do it than with this 45 minute aerobic work out - there is no way you'd be able to spend that long on a rebounder (without getting very bored) otherwise!!! Go for it!!!!! You won't regret it!!!!

Talk about addictive! This workout had me laughing so much - its brilliant. Energetic exercises that do not leave you bored. The workout constantly changes "steps" throughout the 45 mins - whether its jogging, jumping from side to side - swinging your arms up in the air! Very similar to a fast dance routine with lots of moves...but err..on a trampoline. Will make you feel utterly high & ive seen improvements to my tone & appetite within just 1 week of doing it daily. You can do this every day, playing the video again & again - you will not be bored or irritated by it. Its funky, you'll laugh, have fun and the best bit is that you actually get results. Keeping this one a big secret from my friends.

I think a lot of people have these rebounder trampolines at home and never really know how to use them properly. This video shows you how you can make the most of the equipment for an all-over body work out. Whilst the format of the video and the filming are a little dated now, the workout is not. After only a few sessions with this video, I could really feel a difference. If you have a rebounder, this video is worth every penny. I am just trying to convince my husband to use it now!
