This is an all round feel good DVD - great for those who want to tone up their tummy/waist and for those who want to get into Belly Dancing as a hobby. Great fun

This DVD is a little short and there's not really any cardio.
It may be good if you're an absolute beginner to fitness and have never seen any bellydance before but otherwise it is a waste of time. 50 mins punctuated with Dolphina telling you that you're a goddess and other lame things. Apparently being able to clench your butt empowers you...

It made me laugh
I thought this was pretty good fun, it centainly made me laugh!! Its for beginners, which is what i am! I did get a little out of breath and its good for a start at belly dancing.

Yes I can be Fit and have Fun

A great cardio workout
I first heard of Dolphina when she was featured on Sex and the City. This is a great workout that is a whole lot of fun too. The perfect 'after Christmas' antedote.
