The 2010/11 season would mark the end of an era, as the Bluebirds reached the Championship Play-Offs for the second consecutive season before falling at the semi-final stage to Reading. It would prove to be the final game in charge for manager Dave Jones, signalling the end of his six year tenure at the Club.
But the season will live long in the memory for a number of reasons. Perhaps the Club's history-defining
transfer-coup came when local boy Craig Bellamy came home to captain his local side on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City, joining another returning hero Jason Koumas among the City ranks. Of course there was another brief homecoming for Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey in February, as well as awe-inspiring on field victories at Leeds, Portsmouth and Swansea to name but a few. Despite falling at the final hurdle,
the Bluebirds amassed eighty Championship points - a season best since returning to this level in 2003.
This comprehensive compilation DVD bursts as the seams with highlights of fifty-six first-team matches (including pre-season fixtures and the Play-Offs), twenty-four Bluebirds wins and eighty-five goals.
