Takes a few minutes to fit, not seconds, but that is because of limited space on my motorhome where the rear wheels are set inboard slightly.
Fits my 225 wide tyres although the wheel trim needs to be removed to do this.
As my tyre diameter is 16inch the circular plate is not central but still covers the wheel nuts--just.
