after drops seemed to clear a problem which then all settled back in the same place,only to block again,thought would try this.ordered and although item is shipped from usa, was here in 5 days,drops were used to loosen problem wax and this device was used to gently wash out the excess,slowly my hearing is returning to normal,dont think i would have had the same effect with drops alone.cheap and effective

Tried several alternatives to clear wax from ear, this one has been the most effective apart from a visit to the doctors.

It does what is says on the box
