I wish I'd paid more attention to the couple of reviews that mentioned how slippy these dance trainers are. I do Zumba at home on a wooden floor and these were impossible to dance in. Just sliding all over the place, and not in a good way! I had to concentrate so much on not slipping I couldn't concentrate on the steps. I'm not sure why there are reviews here saying they're good for Zumba - perhaps they're dancing on carpet.
Rather than these, get the Bloch Amalgam Dance Sneaker. It's an incredibly good Zumba shoe (try googling "best shoes for Zumba") - less than half the weight of the Capezios, very flexible, and with different areas on the sole that grip a smooth floor without sticking to it, but also slide if you want to (there's a smooth area on the ball of the foot for the purpose). Completely brilliant, and I wish I'd bought the Amalgams first. Had to send the Capezios back at my own expense.
