The multi-articulating split outsole is moulded Sponge EVA. It is lightweight and responsive and lends itself to all disciplines of dance - from the articulating motions of ballet to the spirited edginess of Hip Hop. The form fitting, arch enhancing upper is made of padded stretch polyester and is enhanced with strategically placed, foot hugging elastic and arch support. The material is non-abrasive, comfortable and lightweight. This barely-there dance tool is perfect for dancers on the go. Fold it or roll it, the shoe is compact enough to fit in your pocket! The shoes arrived packed well in the plastick envelop only 2 days after ordering! I'm really pleased with them, as they fit just perfectly (I wear 5.5 and medium size 5L-6L is just perfect). Have not tryed them out yet but seeing they lay on my feet just like sox would, I'm sure they will be absolutelly fantastic for my zumba classes. Great purchase, especially given the price!

I bought these because they are the cheapest of their kind on the market. I was immediately pleased with the lightness of this shoe, it feels really comfortable and it has just enough grip while still allowing you to spin. I would have given it 5 out of 5, except I soon realised the fabric is really not breathable. Other more expensive split sole sneakers use special breathable mesh, whereas this is just cheap polyester. It makes your feet really hot and sweaty, especially if you stay in them for any length of time. I don't normally suffer from stinky feet, but I had to stop using these after a few weeks. You may be able to wash them, but I really dislike the feeling that my feet aren't breathing properly, so I won't be buying them again. Instead I will go for the Capezio WEB shoe with mesh.

lovely shoe very comfortable to dance in - it's just like wearing a pair of slippersocks! have been perfect to go to my zumba class in. only drawback is that the insole has comeaway to easily so i have to keep putting it back in flat as it comes out of place when i take them off. apart from that very happy and think these are fantastic for the price

I bought these for something more light weight to wear to Zumba as i felt my old trainers were a bit too clunky and werent feel very flexible, but these are brilliant and i feel much lighter on my feet. Definitely good value for money.

Fit is very snug, i am an 8 and although these say Large, it really is on the limit of 7 I would say. Good quality and well made so i have been able to wear them. Nothing quite like this in the market for this money so excellent value and in fairness they do exactly what is needed, i am learning ZUMBA and there seems to be lots of rapid foot action so not having to lift a clumpy trainer has definately been a winner..

The delivery note said the right size, but they delivered the nect size up all i would say is if you are wearing them with socks you will need them a full size bigger and not half a size, and very quick deliveryCapezio Women's Web Dance Trainer
