I used the recipes in this book and found them good and easy to follow. The ingredients were easy to find in a English store, which is not always the case with international cook books

Malay Cooking 10 Jun 2004
By zulpha
Cape Malay cooking originated within the Muslim community in Cape Town, the food consists of a blend of Malaysian / Indian & Dutch ingredients. Not particular happy with recipes in this book, the ingredients have been altered leaving less of a Cape Malay dish.

This is an easy book to use.
Takes me back to South Africa.
For the regular joe the food is to too far outside the box so for something different on the table this was a great buy.
