I would consider myself a long-serving cyclist, and never wore a helmet in the past, but having recently moved to Manchester I have found myself confronted with crazy, aggressive drivers, unfathomable one-way systems and illogical cycle lanes. I decided to get a helmet for some extra protection. I did lots of research and settled on this helmet (I even went to several local bike shops to try helmets on!). I'm really pleased with this product. The fit is snug and the straps are very comfortable. The air vents are great for keeping my head cool and the peak keeps rain off the face. As a girl, I can fit this helmet over any hairstyle (ponytail, bun, french plait, etc) although styled curls often fall out by the time I get to work (but I guess this would apply to any helmet).
Overall I'm really impressed with the quality of this product. It meets all the EU safety requirements, so that's great for peace-of-mind when battling with the white-van-man for space on the roads!

Brought this helmet for my husband whos head measured 56cm. but when he put it on found it to be too small! It arrived within 2days. I havn't sent it back my teenage daughter has now got it, so I am going to order the larger size for my husband.
