Bought my Ployer MOMO8 Bird tablet from SuperSlimHD, upgraded the firmware as per their instructions...so far so good. However, despite disabling the Touch and Screen Lock input sounds in System Settings and restarting the tablet many times, I'm still getting keyboard input 'click' sounds when I type. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix? My OS version is 4.0.3.

It took me a while to work this one out myself.

Rather than the sound settings, you need to change the settings against the keyboard you are using (>>System Settings>Language & Input>Settings button for Android Keyboard>Uncheck the Sound on Key-Press).

I had same problem and worked it out for myself as Damien did! Sounds only occurred when using keyboard so looked for keyboard settings rather than sound settings.

Next to the Android Keyboard (English UK) item in the Keyboard & Input Methods list there is a settings icon (three horizontal lines with three offset blobs on them). If you click on this settings icon the settings screen for the particular input method opens, and from this screen you can untick the Sound on key-press tick box.
