Fantastic!! Close up crochet instruction that auto pauses so you can crochet along. It's clear to see what's happening & everything is explained well. The sound quality is also good. I am now confident that I can crochet. A must buy for beginners.

After years of wanting to re-learn I finally bought this ~DVD. It is absolutly brilliant. Clear, concise and simple. I thought with it being an american accent it would be a little hard to listen to, however, Melissa is very softly spoken with no 'drawl'. If you are a complete novice, like myself, then this is highly recommended. I will be wanting to buy the next course as this was so easy to follow. Please, give this a go, you wont be disappointed.

Not long ago I got it into my head that I would like to crochet, so I bought a book, a hook and some yarn. My friend told me that it was easy, once you get going. I struggled with the book instruction, never sure if what I had in my hand matched the diagrams or if I was doing it right at all. I was struggling to make a foundation chain of the right tension, dropping stitches, dropping hooks, this DVD sorted me out in 20 minutes. Clearly presented for both left and right handers, excellent explanations and demonstrations, ample time to stitch along. After my recent experiences with hook and book, I can't believe I'm crocheting, but I am!

I can't believe
Over the years I have bought many books showing how to crochet, and only getting a far as the chain. Pictures are flat making it hard to see were the needle is going. Read more
