Excellent paper 28 Jan 2012

Just recently received this paper from Amazon in fine condition, unlike the previous reviewer, so any damaged from before must now be sorted out. Excellent photographic paper, the best in the Canon fine art range.

This is expensive Fine Art paper.

The first pack was delivered in a massive box full of paper packaging, yet was clearly damaged and was almost certainly damaged before it was packed. I had to go through the rigmarole of returning it to Amazon, taking up a lot of my time.

The replacement was - YES - damaged in the same way. Placed in the box and sent despite being damaged.

The person on the telephone helpline casually informed me that ALL of Amazon's stock of this product is damaged.

I despair.
