Not as sturdy as I would like. The bottom tray extension means more desk space, (this wasn't on my previous Canon printer). But good value and decent prints.

wheres the lead? 6 Oct 2010
Great printer but WHY DOESNT IT COME WITH THE USB LEAD?
You cant use it without one.
Together my family has 6 computers with assorted peripherals - and I have 14 USB leads. NONE OF THEM FIT!
The printer doesnt use a standard USB A to USB B printer cable
or a mini or sub-mini USB lead.
You need a USB A (male) to USB A (male) lead. Make sure you get one.
Would it really have bankrupted Canon to provide one?

Disappointed 6 May 2011
I bought the IP3600 to replace my old IP 4000, whilst it has the same high quality printing and colors, the ink cartridges are half the size but not half the price. The manufacturers should realise people on fixed incomes like myself will just use there product less.
A shame to undermine what was a first class product.
