The charger itself is fine and fully functional.I would, however, like to let everyone who may not know so already know that equivalent chargers of equal quality can be bought from other sites at around 1/8 of the price you see before you; surely 25% of the cost of the actual camera is not an acceptable price for a charger!

I had lost my camera charger so bought another one online through amazon. When it arrived it looked fine but when I went to charge my camera it did not work at all. Very disapointed.

I was very hesitant to buy this item but thought it was the official product and didn't know what people were moaning about.
THIS IS NOT A GENUINE CANON ITEM!!! Please do not make the same mistake as I did, spend the money on the official one.
The light stopped working after 3 uses and now doesn't do anything.

Charger doesn't work
This charger is terrible. I used it once to charge my camera and afterwards the light doesn't light up or do anything. Waste of money

After 3 charges, it stopped working
