Plot. A serial killer is doing away with people in a small town. One of the victims was Frankie. Frankie's sister and Todd his friend try to find answers as the cops are useless. She gets a job as a stripper in a club that seems to have some connection to the deaths.
This is one strangely weird low budget picture. Even the camera work is something I've not seen. It was a mixture of split screen, merging images, all kinds of angles, various colours, fade in and out, bleed in and out, grainy, psychedelics, out of focus, fuzzy and well you get the idea. If nothing else it was different but overall I didn't think the film was very good probably because of the mix pics. Dialogue was poor and repetitive, the plot wasn't very strong and acting often left something to be desired. There's a bit of nudity, also an out of focus scene of a sexual nature and a little bit of blood and gore. It was an interesting and different presentation if nothing else. The commentary was interesting in that a lot of explanations regarding the making of this film were revealed. Like how the lead actress could not remember her lines. I'm also pretty sure this got remade soon after as
