I've read many books on this subject and this is probably my favourite. I found the section on supplements and quantites to take very useful if you are dealing with candida without the help of a nutritionist. There also also case studies at the back of people who have done the candida diet, used the supplements, and got much better, which is very inspiring. I've been on the candida diet for 5 weeks now and this book has given me loads more tips and information.

The best book ever written about candida albicans. It gives you so much knowledge about the symtoms and the methodes of efficient treatment.

I have read the book and have been on the diet for a week now. The book is very informative and useful. There are many natural anti fungal and anti bacterial supplements and remedies to choose from so you have a wide range of products to choose depending on the availability of the products around your area.
I clearly can't tell how effective the diet is as I have been on it for a week now, but I will update my review every 2-3 weeks if I notice great changes, the reason why I have bought this book is because I have had recurrent thrush, yeast infections and other type of infections as well as depression for the past 2 years. I have been to doctors a lot but they all give me the same anti fungal drugs and antibiotics which don't solve my problem and just temporarily make my infections go away (they keep coming back even stronger than before each time!) So I've decided to go for the natural way of healing myself and this book is a GREAT guide for me. ------- One month later: I am feeling much better after being on the diet. I have completely stopped eating yeast and other sugar products, and I am regularly taking my natural antibiotics and antifungals. The physical difference is that I have a great body now (the purpose of the diet wasn't really getting flat abs, etc. however I did lose weight and I look much better). Around 2-3 weeks after being on the diet, I had some candida-die off symptoms like headache, constantly being tired and thrush (all these are mentioned in the book). However, now I don't have any die off symptoms that I know off. I am very glad to have purchased this book. I am generally happier and more energetic. I do suggest this book to anyone who suffers from candida symptoms. However, it is worth mentioning that this book is not the only source of information I use throughout my diet (I have 3 other books on this subject, but in general I found this book the most useful one).
