Out of about 5 books I've read on the subject this book was the most help and I keep returning to it again. Gives great nutritional advice in a clear and exact manner..takes the hard work out of researching Candida..and am well now!

Having discovered through colonic hydrotherapy that I had a bad infestation of candida (there's nothing like seeing it for yourself!), I started looking for more information. This book is way ahead of the rest in its clear, concise delivery of all the information you need to tackle candida. Easy to read - and to understand - it put me on the path to overcoming my problems and helping me to understand why I've felt so bad for so many years. (I've even learned how I probably came by this unfriendly beast in the first place!) I'm not candida-free yet - but with this book, I know I'll get there.

This is by far the best book on the origin and nature of possible problems caused by candida infections, together with the most comprehensive, and most sensible, self-help treatment. I read the first edition when it came out in the mid 80s. This updated version is even better.
