More About the Author

Angela Kilmartin's life has been dedicated to research and writing on cystitis, candida and mercury poisoning. From seven years of terrible pain and despair at repeat cystitis every two weeks she got herself better from simple daily self help at no cost. Her opera career and sex life were lost to this repeat terror but in later years church ensemble and solo work eased the loss. She still sings and writes.

Her works are in e-books, booklets, DVD, hard covers and four main world languages all available from amazon or if they are out of stock, then Angela's own website provides instant coverage 24 hours worldwide.

Angela has never received a grant or an award or funding preferring to be entirely independent of government or drug companies. She speaks her mind to patients and within her books and makes millions of women well. The goal is only to make women well.

Format: Kindle Edition
At face value, the book reads quite poorly, and jumps from informative "science" to the blasting of dental amalgam to how she could have been a very successful singer in very short spaces - there is a distinct lack of flow. Taking a deeper look, I felt her lack of qualification didn't quite give her the right to simplify and condense so much science and berate GP's for not knowing enough about the various candidial conditions. She also plugs a certain type of insulin from a certain drug company, and promotes the work of well-known, and since passed-away quack Hulda Clarke.

As a sufferer of perpetual UTI's and yeast infections myself, there wasn't a lot I didn't understand already from having discussed it with my GP and pharmacist.

I purchased this book after reading Angela kilmartin's excellant book on Cystitis prevention as sadly, the two conditions seem to go hand in hand. Again, I found Mrs Kilmartin's book to be clear, consistent and packed with information to help find the triggers for thrush upsurges and how to prevent them. Angela Kilmartin truly is a God send for womens health.

Excellent self-help book! 12 Feb 2006
By Dagmar F. Pelzer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Candida, like Angela's literature on cystitis, is an easy-to follow book, user friendly, with great illustrations and help for the sufferer.

In this book she also touches on mercury fillings for teeth, and describes it as the cause of many illnesses.

Angela promotes lifestyle changes, diet changes, and strategies to deal with various forms of thrush.

Questions the book may not answer will be answered by Angela personally via e-mail. She is an excellent author, caring human being, and great friend. Afflicated readers will definitively find her book(s) extremely helpful.
