While I agree with the Bill Henderson 2012 review and this is a worthy book by an author I admire, it basically covers the 2 miraculous anti-cancer botanical products (pao pereira and rau wolfia vomitoria but only as specially prepared) by Beljanski, the cellular biologist who deserved a Nobel prize but, like so many who have worked out valuable fragments of the true way to heal illness, was attacked and punished by the powers that be.
Therefore to me this is a limited book, because are so many more "alternative" products worth knowing about - although these products seem amazingly special because they can even work if you have submitted to the cold-blooded torture pushed by the oncology industry (in fact they work even better - synergistically! - with low dose chemotherapy). These two products work differently so both are needed, also they only target cancer cells and are non-toxic.
I also have my doubts about the parts of the book on DNA and RNA as it seems more and more obvious that (a) no one knows enough about how they really work (calling 90% of our DNA "junk" just highlights our ignorance) and (b) blaming stuff on DNA is just a way of saying "we don't really know why and how this illness happens". For those looking for general health improvements, I suggest the following (not instead of, but in addition to, this book):
[Note: The 2 Beljanski products are also said to be anti-virus but Doug Kaufmann who has written several (repetitive) books on fungus thinks viruses are actually fungus and he also believes fungus causes at least some cancers - and the more I learn about fungi, the more I tend towards believing it is quite possible that fungus does cause cancers - Dr Tullio Simoncini, an Italian oncologist, has been attacked and vilified for his view that cancer is fungus and can be treated (and he has done so successfully) - but fungus (and any other overgrowths) cannot take hold in a healthy body. Therefore, something else has to be the root cause.
`Hypothyroidism Type 2' by Mark Starr ("Type 2" meaning the many thyroid problems for which there are no lab tests so they don't get diagnosed) explains how all chronic pain is linked to low thyroid, including those involved with diabetes, heart problems, both bleeding (like gum problems) & blood clots (including strokes) and some cancers. If you have any kind of chronic pain, you need to know 1. some are calling low thyroid the silent epidemic (silent because officially denied) and 2. there are no lab tests for most causes of low thyroid but mainstream doctors only treat lab tests, not you.
If you suspect a low thyroid problem, there is an easy way to identify it. The FREE basal (at rest) temperature test is THE gold standard for low thyroid problems and - with your symptoms - means more than any lab test (although most conventional doctors won't agree). It will pick up conditions that current lab tests don't, such as thyroid resistance. The stopthethyroidmadness website has excellent instructions for this self-test, as well as several for adrenal fatigue, which often goes hand-in-hand with low thyroid. Visit the Broda Barnes Foundation website for a list of the few thyroid-sympathetic doctors in your state: click on the "educational info" button on the left.]
It's also worth knowing about "The Calcium Lie II", an intriguing book plausibly claiming to explain the root cause of most illnesses.
