This simple exercise plan has the merits of being well explained, tested in action by the RCAF, progressive and motivating in providing clear goals for women of any age - from 18 to 81. After a short introductory section which touches on the importance of regular exercise and nutrition, as well as the influence of biogenetic factors on physical fitness, the bulk of the book presents a series of ballistics exercises, using gravity and the body's own weight for maximum effect. Each is graded to allow sensible progression, and all 10 exercises should be completed in under 12 minutes a day. This program offers no hype. Instead it presents a well-thought-out set of physical exercises which will contribute to everyone's strength, flexibility and aerobic performance.

My parents used this all their active life. I began at about 24 as I have a back problem, my husband joined in when he was about 30. It never takes more than 15 minutes for women and 12 for men, you can do it at home or any hotel room and within two weeks you will notice a difference around your problem zones! This wont make you an athlete but tones you up and gets you well placed to begin more sport, e.g. a weeks skiing. Much better value than a gymn subscription because everyone, even mums with kids and jobs (e.g. me) can somehow find 10 minutes at home each day. Read the blurbs and I am sure you too will feel its worth trying out.

The book I ordered arrived in a number of days and was exactly as I had expected - a few pages in the middle were bent. Very satisfied.
