My parents used this all their active life. I began at about 24 as I have a back problem, my husband joined in when he was about 30. It never takes more than 15 minutes for women and 12 for men, you can do it at home or any hotel room and within two weeks you will notice a difference around your problem zones! This wont make you an athlete but tones you up and gets you well placed to begin more sport, e.g. a weeks skiing. Much better value than a gymn subscription because everyone, even mums with kids and jobs (e.g. me) can somehow find 10 minutes at home each day. Read the blurbs and I am sure you too will feel its worth trying out.
