Admittedly, this is the only vaguely readable book available on pelvic floor muscle training; however, rather than seeing pelvic toning as a route to sexual pleasure and health, the main thust of this pamphlet seem to be that you should be using your super-toned fandango as a means by which to impress and thus entrap men so as to get them to buy you all the things you need in life, like, er, a Mercedes. Crikey, it's like wimmin's lib never happened.

This book is what we've all been waiting for. Compliments to Jenni Russell on this much needed, and long-awaited, "revelation to womankind". It's a wake-up call to women of all ages, who want to accept the challenge and discover their full female potential. If Eve had had this book, she would still be in Paradise!
