I am looking to update my copy of Campbell's, and this edition with website access looks perfect. However hidden in the small print of the Elsevier (publishers) website I found this:
"Your purchase entitles you to access the web site until the next edition is published, or until the current edition is no longer offered for sale by Elsevier, whichever occurs first. If the next edition is published less than one year after your purchase, you will be entitled to online access for one year from your date of purchase."
I thought I would point this out, as the impression from the amazon review is that there is no time limit to website access.

Most of the references used in this book are out of date. Contents are also similar to the previous version.
still the gold standard

Not for the amateur, this is the pre-eminent collection of orthopedic literature in the country. Published first in the 1930s and still the gold standard.
