It didn't arrive with the instructions CD and the paper instructions are useless. Obviously it's supposed to be discreet so it can't have labels on the buttons but the instructions do need to be better. I didn't think I was thick but it took me ages to figure it out!
Getting the tiny memory card in is fiddly and you're not sure if it's in right so be careful not to lose the card or break the thing altogether. Once in you don't need to remove it, you can plug in the usb lead and copy, edit and delete from your laptop. You need to plug it in to re-charge the battery. It's cheap and I wasn't expecting something out of a spy movie, but the quality of the pictures is amazing for such an inexpensive item, even in poor light. It IS like something out of a spy movie. There's no zoom but it has great depth of field. Get a quality memory card and you can't go wrong.

I bought this item to use on my motorcycle due to it's size and weight, I have tried it out a couple of times now and it works very well although I have not yet found a suitable way of cutting down the wind noise, that will come in time.
If I had to find fault with this item it would only be one small thing which is the battery does not last as long as I would like so you have to charge it and then use it more or less right away which could be a problem for me when out on the bike as it only has a USB cable for charing, maybe the manufacturer could include a plug charger for a small cost of course.

Certainly a clever gadget. Does all it says but with more quality than you'd expect from one so small and cheap.
Only negatives.
Date and time stamp has to be reloaded with each use.
Tiny lens aperture gets dirty easily.
Small chain on keyring is weak and can break. Or rather it DID break and I lost the damn thing.
Otherwise 10/10 and I will get another sometime.
