Extremely comprehensive just what I needed. Being a diabetic it has helped me reduce my weight and blood count. Would recommend it to others.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but the reviews were good. So glad I did get it. Lots of interesting stuff in the book, not just a list of foods and their calorific content. I recommend this for anyone interested in general nutritional info and calories for dieting and/or healthy eating. Good read!

Useful book but a little disappointed in some way. It is okay if you have time to work out the meal from the calories, but if a busy person a bit of a let down, However,I gave it to a friend who is also trying to lose weight, and she is more than happy with it.
