Format:Audio CD
I play this anytime I'm stressed or having trouble sleeping and it's effect is magical, the stresses and cares just melt away as the tracks progress. Apparently Geraint Hughes uses healing harmonies and chords to enhance his music and I have to say that he's got it absolutely right.

I own the 2 cd set "letting go to relax" and it has this cd calmatherapy on disc one...the other disc is zensuality and a more upbeat but relaxing tempo as well.
although i don't believe geriant houghes is given credit on the cd for it, i looked it up online when I ripped the cd into windows media player and searched for a match on the album and mr houghes name came up.
i put the music in my car while driving to work one night and imediately i found myself taking nice deep breaths. this music has the ability to calm the mind and change the brain waves while changing your thought patterns.
the album cover i have is of a woman lying on the shallow end of the beach with rocks around her with an interesting sky in the background and again it is labeled "letting go to relax" a 2cd set for mind body and soul. and credit is given to Project 24 as the performers...i am from the USA in connecticut and found it in the FYE store and happend to stumble upon this page by doing a search even though im not from the UK...i recomend this cd!
