This book is exactly what you need if you are a woman who worries. I am tortured with worrying (mainly about my kids) and I find this book brilliant because you can read it right through or dip in and out to various chapters as you need to. It gives step by step instructions on how to retrain your mind (e.g. are they actually in danger or is this an irrational fear?). My retraining is going to be a lifelong learning process so I keep the book beside the bed for reference whenever I need it. It does exactly what it says on the tin!
