This is a lead meditation by TNH himself... it is a simple, breathing in I know I am breathing in meditation... superbly simple yet effective... it then has a song reminder, beautiful and enchanting and then the bells for a bell meditation..
His voice is as calm, tranquil and mindful as the meditation itself. Well worth the money for beginners and "experts" alike.

Although I do not follow buddhism, but have a relative who does, I found this to be an excellent CD. It really calms you down when you are feeling uptight. Whenever I feel I am in need of total karma I sit and listen to this.

A Gift bringing deep Peace

As a meditator I have wanted to set up an altar in my small condo but felt I couldn't afford to give up the space. Calm Ease Smile Breathe, this beautiful, creative, "portable" altar is just perfect for me. I can set it up in the morning and then later, if necessary, I can use the same space for other things. I like the fact that I can take the altar with me on trips also.
On most days I like to get up early. While still dark I light the candles, open Calm Ease Smile Breathe and put on the CD. It is so wonderful to hear Thich Nhat Hanh's voice reading the words of the meditation. Next I enjoy the song. The rest of the CD is very special too. Thich Nhat Hanh "invites" the bell several times. Listening to the ancient, rich tones of the bell brings me to a deep state of calm and Peace. I am ready to be Present for this new day!
Logan Payne's art work is lovely in its simplicity. Her unique, ethereal colors capture the natural essence of each page of meditation. I have given this book to several friends and they join me in gratitude to Logan who conceived this idea and we also thank any others who worked to bring this to fruition. Thank you for this gift of Peace.

A beautiful bridge to inner awareness...

Calm Ease, Smile Breathe is three meditation aids in one. There is a folding altar with the meditation displayed in easy calming graphic design, there is a booklet explaining the meditation and there is a CD with a guided meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh. I highly recommend this book, CD, altar for home or travel.
